One decision.

Use one credit to choose one item: a sofa, a rug, a lamp. Get a primary recommendation and five alternatives, with the reasoning behind them.
Up to three feedback-led refresh rounds are included for the same brief. Correcting our mistakes doesn’t cost another credit. Keeping furniture you own doesn’t use a sourcing credit.

Upgrade to the $199 furnishing bundle for $140 more after the 3-credit Starter, $110 more after the 5-credit Starter, or $50 more after the 10-credit Starter. You’ll have 15 credits in total, counting any you’ve already used.
Eligible payments for the same active project count toward the upgrade. We’ll confirm eligibility before you pay. You won’t pay for onboarding twice.
A few practical questions.
What if I don’t use all my credits?
Keep them for later, in this room or another. Credits don’t expire. The 15-credit bundle is not restricted to one room, and using saved credits doesn’t require buying onboarding again.
Does one credit mean just one product link?
No. It covers one item-selection decision, with a primary recommendation, five alternatives, and up to three feedback-led refresh rounds for the same brief. Four identical dining chairs are one selection decision; four different pieces are four decisions.
What if the recommendations aren’t right?
Tell us what isn’t working so we can refine the recommendations. If we can’t make your agreed first-project plan right, the intended guarantee covers your first purchase, including onboarding. The claim window and detailed terms will be confirmed before payment.
Do credits include ongoing access to the founders?
Credits remain yours after pilot support ends. The calls and direct founder email support are included for your active first pilot project, not indefinitely. We’ll confirm the support period before you join.
Can Hano help across my whole home?
Yes, you can use credits across your rooms. We consider each item in the context of its room and the pieces you’re keeping. A credit bundle covers its stated number of item decisions, not unlimited whole-home design work.
Is this a subscription?
No. These are one-time credit purchases. Furniture is purchased separately, and you choose what to buy.
