No. Your Hano fee covers your furnishing plan and guidance. You purchase the furniture separately, at your own pace.
Upgrade to the $199 bundle for $140 more after the 3-credit Starter, $110 more after the 5-credit Starter, or $50 more after the 10-credit Starter. You’ll have 15 credits in total, counting any you’ve already used.
Eligible payments for the same active project count toward the upgrade. We’ll confirm eligibility before you pay. You won’t pay for onboarding twice.
No. It covers one item-selection decision, with a primary recommendation, five alternatives, and up to three rounds of changes based on your feedback. Six matching dining chairs are one selection decision; six different pieces are six decisions.
Tell us what isn’t working so we can refine your recommendations within the agreed brief. Up to three rounds of changes are included for each decision. If you’re not happy with your first furnishing plan, our 60-day money-back guarantee covers your first Hano service purchase. You don’t need to use all three rounds before asking for a refund.
The calls and direct founder email support are included for your active first pilot project, not indefinitely. We’ll confirm the support period before you join. Your unused credits remain yours afterwards. Buying additional credits does not add another kickoff or findings review.
Yes, you can use credits across rooms. We consider each piece alongside the ones you’re keeping. A bundle covers its stated number of decisions, not unlimited whole-home design work.
