Privacy, plainly.
What this site collects
Your email and, when you provide them, your name, message, furnishing goals, budget, package choice, and photos. We also record whether you are interested in the pilot, whether you ask for launch updates, and details of an intro call you book. Site analytics are described below.
Analytics and cookies
This site can run analytics from PostHog, Vercel, and Google Ads conversion tracking. When they are switched on, they record page views and interactions, may record sessions showing how a page was used, and store an identifier in a cookie or local storage so a returning browser is recognised. We use this to understand what is being read and which ads led to a signup. You can block these tools with your browser settings or a content blocker; the site still works.
Website feedback
Feedback is for Hano's internal review. We do not publish or sell it. Our form provider stores the response, and our email provider sends a copy to the team. Email is optional, but comments can identify you. We keep individual responses for up to 12 months, then delete them; we may keep anonymous summary counts. To ask for earlier deletion, write to hello@withhano.com.
Form protection
Google reCAPTCHA checks submissions to Hano's inquiry, signup, pilot, and website feedback forms for automated activity. Intro-call booking is handled separately by Cal.com. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
What we do with it
We use your submission to reply, review your space, recommend a starting point, or arrange your intro call. Asking about the pilot does not sign you up for launch emails. We send those only when you choose to receive them.
How submissions reach us
Form submissions are stored in Airtable for our team to review. We receive an email with the details, including any photos you submit. Resend delivers those notifications, and Cal.com handles intro-call scheduling. Your submitted photos are not published on the website.
What we never do
Sell your information. Share it with data brokers. Send you email you did not ask for.
Leaving is easy
Write to hello@withhano.com and we'll remove you, no questions, usually the same day.
